*Once you make these sandwiches, wrap them tightly in foil then place in the freezer until you're ready to eat. Let defrost naturally in the refrigerator the night before or you can place them in the oven or toaster oven. If you want to reheat in the microwave, remove the foil and wrap the sandwich in a paper towel before heating. If you don't have a muffin top pan, you can use a regular muffin/cupcake tin instead; however, increase the cooking time by 5-10 minutes.
