Last night my daughter asked me for brownies..."preferably in cupcake form", she said..."with frosting, with loads and loads of frosting" she said..."and please not the healthy kind either", she said... So, I made these brownie cups...with loads and loads of frosting...but, I am me...and...well... I could not resist sneaking a little "healthy" into them... :)
