Is it crescent or croissant?  I really don't know, but either way, I'm convinced you could stuff a crescoint (yes I did that on purpose) with almost anything and it would taste delicious.  And from unashamed personal experience, I know you stuff the soft, buttery flaky dough with bruschetta and mozzarella - you won't be able to stop
