Something about this time of year just screams finger food.  Perhaps it’s the crazy schedules and commitments or the bulky clothing that hides the extra calories, I’m not quite sure.  Appetizers aren’t cheap and certainly don’t qualify as health food.  Usually, the rationale behind buying rather than making appetizers is that it’s too time consuming.
