Coined the Perfect Chilli Pasta by the U.K. Guardian, this recipe by Ruth Rogers and Rose Gray is one of the simplest pasta sauces to make, perfect for a busy weeknight. I've roughly converted the recipe to U.S. measurements. Since fresh tomatoes are not currently in season, I used canned plum tomatoes. Also, I added some red pepper flakes for extra heat.
