I don't know about you, but I buy cookbooks wherever I can find them.  My favorite places are the clearance section at Anthropologie, Amazon, Marshall's, Home Goods, and TJ Maxx.  So, when I spotted, Eat Well, Eat Happy on the shelf at Marshall's I grabbed it up.   It had a beautiful photo of a salad on
