Mmmmmm…mushrooms! These little gems are my favorite. Whether you cook them to top your baked potato, hamburger, steak or hamburger steak, they are fabulicious. I even like to eat them all. by. themselves! No kidding. Cook me a serving or two of these sautéed mushrooms and I will eat them right out of the skillet.
