Despite the fact we raise our own beef I'm always looking for ways to stretch the meat. I'm not gonna lie, the thought of being able to sneak in a few extra veggies also appealed to me.  Unfortunately half of my kids subscribe to the notion that broccoli is bad, chicken nuggets are good, and ew,
