The biggest problem I had when writing this recipe was how to spell doughnuts. Or donuts. Either way, they are delicious but I used to be still am a spelling nerd.  Seeing something spelled incorrectly like "here" when what you really mean is "hear" or "to" instead of "too"...nails on a chalkboard to me.
