You may think, after eating this, that I'm Italian.  I'm not. I do have Italian relatives though, does that count?  I'm pretty sure it does. I consider this one of my "splurge" recipes.  Let's be honest.  Meat and cheese and meat and cheese. And meat and cheese. Not exactly what I call a cheap meal.
