Last year I saved this recipe from a magazine but I never got around to making it until now.  Big mistake.  A yummy twist on the after dinner mint - these cookies are so incredibly scrumptious and gloriously green!  Using the cookie mix means minimal mess and super easy!  The boys had a good time
