My Mums remedy for when you've drank too much and are feeling seriously seedy the next day. Make before you head out and leave in the fridge so you don't even have to think about making anything! Soaking the oats in the yoghurt softens them and neutralises the phytic acid in raw oats which will aid better mineral absorption (much needed after all those jaegerbombs) If you haven't soaked them just let them sit in the yoghurt for a few minutes to soften.
