It's National Cookie Day! Not that I ever need an excuse, but what better way to celebrate than a batch of cookies inspired by a timeless Yuletide drink? Snickerdoodles remind me of Christmas. I can't exactly say why, or pretend it stems from a long tradition of baking them (like I can with other holiday treats), but
