This looks like a project but it is a really simple recipe that is fun to make with kids (they’ll love spiraling!). You’ll need a spiralizer (or special kitchen peeler) to make this recipe, but I highly recommend adding one to your kitchen supply closet. Honestly the entire thing comes together very quickly thanks to the use of a food processor, and that’s more than I can say for a real all-day simmered Sunday sauce with beef-meatballs.
