Brrrr. It's been so incredibly cold the past few days here in St. Louis. Pair that with an icky cough and cold and it was time to make some soup!  This hearty Southern Italian Stew seemed to fit the bill. I love soups, stews, and chili's.  I could eat a different one every day all winter
