Thought I'd mix it up on the kiddos this morning and make some St. Patrick's Day inspired pancakes!  I used my Easy Homemade Pancakes recipe... added a little green food coloring and some mini chocolate chips!  They loved them and were all giddy about having green pancakes!   St. Patty Day Pancakes Recipe Type: Breakfast
