Every Easter we cook a ham with all the trimmings like layered salad, dill scalloped potatoes, and for dessert a peanut butter confetti cake.  This year I'm going to switch things up a bit and serve a baked ham, fresh steamed green beans, glazed carrots and mashed potatoes and gravy.  Yes gravy at Easter.  You can have gravy
