European Style Hot Cocoa  CHOCOLATE!  That glorious concoction that makes my heart sing!  I'm simply in love with it and enjoy it almost daily.  Although, I've been trying to avoid it and all sugar recently, to heal my body....sigh.  However, there are just certain times of the month, when I just HAVE to HAVE IT!
