Have I mentioned that I LOVE my Panini maker?  Yes, I think I have.  Well panini night is upon us again and this Panini is another one of my favorites!  Barbecue sauce, turkey, bacon, avocado how can  you go wrong!   In fact after we ate this one, we all said "Dang" that was good!!
