My family LOVES this meal. I make it at least once a month, and I'm excited to share it with you all today. This isn't just noodles, its a whole meal.. full of veggies, and meat if you want, it's a meal in a bowl! Udon Noddle Dinner! It's not authentic, but it is GOOD!
