Grumpy and I love The Steamy Kitchen Cookbook's Beijing Beef recipe.  I had been thinking for a while how flavorful a burger would be made with the sauce for the recipe mixed into ground beef.  Then, I happened to notice that Price Chopper Supermarkets was sponsoring a Burger contest on their Facebook page.  I thought "why not?"
