Summer as a kid meant playing outside, running through the sprinkler, catching lightening bugs, and  sticky popsicles running down your fingers. I still love the ice cold treat of a popsicle on a muggy summer evening. It's just a classic. A few weeks ago I picked up a popsicle mold at Meijer on a whim. And
