Homemade croutons are not only one of my favorite snacks (yes snacks) but they are incredibly easy to make. Like french toast, when I have left over french bread, I simply cube it and use it for croutons. The most versitle crouton in our home is the Butter Basil recipe. It's perfect for Tomato Bisque!
