This millet flatbread, traditionally made with only chickpea flour, is soft and savory with crisp edges. Great paired with roasted or grilled vegetables, curries, eggs... you can even use it as a thin pizza crust! You can make your own millet flour by grinding whole millet in a high powered blender with a milling attachment -- just make sure the flour is very fine.
