I LOVE these pancakes! It's my hubby's moms recipe and he makes it perfectly! The pancakes are very soft and the batter is thinner than typical pancake batter. But, they are incredibly moist and absorb the syrup quickly. I love to fold them and eat them like cookies. They simply melt in your mouth! Enjoy!
