Time to spice up thing around here! I haven't made an elaborated breakfast dish for quite some time. Don't get me wrong, elaborated meaning something more fancier than a toasted sandwich or an omlette here and there. We were out a couple of days ago and we stopped at a local cafe where they had Huevos
