Summer is like Christmas for me in the food department.  There are fresh ingredients with bright and exciting flavors everywhere! There are no fancy cooking skills needed.  I just feel like a mad scientist mixing together the right fresh ingredients until my taste buds dance.  They are really boogieing tonight! My family and I like
