We love poached eggs in my house. I make all sorts of different versions of Eggs Benedict pretty often. My husband refers to poached eggs as 'eggs in water' and he calls it a weird science. Often, when I ask him on a weekend, what he wants for breakfast, he simply requests: "eggs
