Swordfish Skewers (Whole 30 Compliant) This recipe is similar to a chicken souvlaki.  It's a very simple marinade and could probably be used on chicken or other types of fish as well.  I made a small portion, but the same amount of marinade would definitely work for more fish if you need to make more.
