We all have our favorite Halloween candies. My mom is all about the chocolates. My brother would straight up steal anything sour out of your bag and pretend like he was innocent, and me? I'm all about the candy corn. Truth is, though, I think it's just the look that I really love. I mean, those hard, weirdly waxy little candies don't taste all that great to me, but something about eating them one layer at a time is sublimely satisfying. So this Halloween, instead of sucking down pounds of candy, I'm going to make this Candy Corn Fudge. It's got those amazing layers, has all the gorgeous colors of fall, plus, it's fudge. Oh so fudge.
