One pot meals are my favorite for weeknight quick dinners. Less clean up, less hassle, no boxes. Bonus. Swedish Meatball Orzo is a perfect example. So it isn't actual meatballs - but it DOES have all the flavor of your favorite Swedish Meatballs and none of the hassle.  I know. I thought the same thing.
