Mexican Salad with beans, corn and cilantro topped with avocado dressing. It's my own version of Mexican salad. Maybe I should name it with a different name... but Mexican salad was the best that came to my mind. I wasn't born in Mexico nor I know something about this cuisine. I was just introduced to
