A simple, warm almond milk drink spiced with vanilla and cinnamon. Chia makes the drink thick and smooth. Use whole chia if you like. Although ground chia melds right into the drink, leaving no trace of chia seeds. I simply grind my chia seeds in my high powered blender or a spice grinder. Also, you'll need a nut milk bag, cheese cloth or a fine mesh strainer for this recipe.
