To celebrate our launch into Albert Heijn in The Netherlands, we had to give this typical Dutch breakfast/brunch item the Gran Luchito treatment. It consists of an open sandwich with cheese, ham and fried eggs, with a generous layer of our smoked chilli mayo to add a little Mexican sunshine to an already awesome dish.
