Snickerdoodle cookies with a twist!  Soft cocoa-based cookies with warm notes of cinnamon and sugar make for a fun twist on a classic. What a weekend.  What a (wonderfully) long, turkey-filled weekend. I effectively stuffed myself with more turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and pie than I previously believed to be possible, surrounded by some of my favorite people on the planet. I hope your Thanksgiving was equally filling and wonderful. Now that we've made it past Turkey Day, it's time to prep for Christmas cookie season: cookie baking and cookie swaps.
