This Quorn Sausage and Bean Casserole is my quick and easy take on cassoulet. It is very far from authentic but tastes great nonetheless! I’ve made this with Quorn sausages but this works equally well with pork sausages. Although I call this a casserole, strictly speaking a casserole is a dish cooked in the oven.
