Ok - so I have re-invented the country ham biscuit.  Instead of the traditional way of slicing the biscuit in half, & placing a slice of ham inside - I have diced the country ham up & baked it inside of the biscuit! Yes - I said INSIDE of that biscuit.  Mercy, is it good!
