My favorite oatmeal cookie was from Summer trips to Walloon Lake, Michigan.  On our way, we would stop off in town for very big, chewy oatmeal cookies. I wanted to re-create the taste I remembered and I think I did a pretty good job, they turned out delicious! Who doesn't love a good oatmeal cookie?
