The FPS version of Jamies' Yellow Pukkah Curry. It takes a little longer than the usual FPS recipes because you need to give the curry time to develop but the actual prep work is simple and can be done in less than 20 minutes. The recipe is both dairy and gluten free. Each serve has 3+ serves of veggies in it, two spices that are really fantastic for your gut health and the dish is less than $5 a serve!
