Yerba mate is a special tea. It contains caffeine, theobromine and loads of antioxidants. It has a mildly oaky flavor, but when blended into this latte the major flavors are cinnamon and toasted macadamia. Coconut has emulsifying properties, so your latte will develop a natural foamy "head" as a result of air whipping into the milk. Totally dreamy ;)
