My all time favorite Christmas dessert is Peppermint Ice Cream Pie.  It is not only delicious, it is pretty much the easiest and fastest recipe to make.  Four ingredients and about 10 minutes.  The key is to shop early for your ice cream, I have tried many brands, but my favorite is the Edy's Peppermint
