We have not had french toast in ages, so I was a little surprised when it was requested for breakfast this weekend  Personally, I love anything with Maple Syrup (Log Cabin Syrup in a pinch) and bacon, so I was happy to get cooking and immediately got out the electric griddle.  Luckily, we had all the ingredients on
