Cardamom has always been an ingredient that would sit on my spice rack, looking pretty. That was until I was taught how wonderful it is! I love it! I recently added it to rice and it made it have a warm taste that went perfectly with the Dal that I paired it with. Cardamom Jasmine Rice Recipe
