I found this lovely little recipe in an old Taste of Home cookbook. I adore the simplicity of it! I modified it so the cream is almost like a mousse- but with less work. Top it with whatever sweet fruit you have on hand. I think it'd be delicious with peaches and blueberries as well! Scroll
