This Italian Apple Cake is super simple and one-bowl dessert! It has a delicious lemony batter and is absolutely packed with fresh apple slices.   Guess whose back, back, back; from the dead, dead, dead... just kiddin, but with all the 12 hour shifts I've been working lately it sure feels like that sometimes ;)
