Recipes that start with the words ”one pot” always get my attention. Although I enjoy cooking, I prefer dishes that are easy and quick to prepare. And I really do appreciate if I don’t need to wash up a pile of pots and pans afterwards. So no wonder that Lynn’s one pot curry caught my attention.
