Chocolate Salami could be made with any type of nuts (or none if you prefer). The ladyfingers give a nice soft crunch and the orange juice-infused dried cherries compliment the chocolate perfectly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving. Can be made up to 3 DAYS in advance.
