I love kale. It's slightly ridiculous how much I love it. I particularly love it with Whole Food's tahini garlic dressing, but Alex (who I've yet to formally introduce here on the blog, but get used to the name) wasn't a huge fan of how garlicky it was. To be fair, garlic is the second
