It's Friday and I've been without a kitchen for two weeks, during which every spare second of my life has been spent deconstucting the old kitchen and trying to suss out IKEA instructions for a flat-pack kitchen which are way more difficult to follow than IKEA lead us to believe. So I deserve a cocktail,
