Lemons are a summer staple at our house. We have all sorts of lemon recipes; lemon pie, sparkling pineapple lemonade, lemon ice cream. You name it, we probably have a recipe we use! One of my favorites is lemon curd, that smooth, sweet mixture that's at home in every dish from scones to lemon pie
